Organizational
Chart

Genero Engineering Limited, as a limited liability company, is governed by a board of directors. The board is chaired by the Chairman Board of Directors and the head of the management team is the Chief Executive Officer.

The company lays great emphasis on the professional competence of its employees because decision-making at Genero Engineering is carried out by virtually all the members of staff. This is because we believe that the employees closest to the job process and operations have first-hand understanding of situations, and therefore they stand a better chance of making objective and informed decisions.

We also operate a “boundaries” organizational / information management system where all departments within the company share information freely both vertically and horizontally.

We try to simplify our decision-making process, without compromising on the thoroughness of the thought process and problem analysis, and still putting in place proper checks and balances. This is to ensure that decisions are made with the highest level of professionalism expected and mistakes are avoided as much as possible. The reason for this simplicity is to make the process nimble and do away with decision-making bottlenecks. These help us in responding fast to the demands of our clients, and also provide them with excellent services, which is our hallmark.
